How do i link the purchased pdf?

I am having such a hard time setting up my online shop i don't understand how this is so difficult.

I seen when you sell Digital items it will automatically send email to download the item HOWEVER I am not able to upload my file anywhere or I am not finding it (Ive searched everywhere)

someone please help meeee. I love how the online store front looks but i may have to go else where again for this 😞
