help with Printful connection to site

Hello! I am trying to find a print on demand company to connect with my site. I found Printful and I have been attempting to connect my Printful account to my weebly/square site all day with no resolution. Printful instructs to go to the toolbar -> apps -> Click "ADD" Printful to add the app to my store. I am able to see that Printful can be connected by looking at the App Store (manage apps) but I cannot connect it because there is only a "GET STARTED" button which opens Printful in a new tab. I spoke to weebly support but they sent me to Printful and well...you guessed it lol, Printful sent me back to Weebly. I'm in a vicious cycle here. Would love if anyone could help...I have tried on mobile, on pc, on safari, on chrome...I do not have a paid version of weebly/square, could that be the issue causing no "ADD" button? Thank you for any help and input.

HI, a free plan can be integrated with Printful. If your site is on the old Weebly platform, it may not integrate with Printful. The Square platform does integrate with Printful. This may be the gray area you are in.
