    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/153161"&gt;@sc1216&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;At this time, you can not initiate a text message. &amp;nbsp;Customers must message you first, which is an implicit agreement on their part that they are open to texting with you. &amp;nbsp;Also Appointments and Loyalty allow messaging, but those customers agree to allow text communications in order to use those features.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
