Items are not showing up on website

After marking items as "visible" and syncing items, they still do not show up on my website. I have signed out and back in. I have 21 items in the section that says "site items." It says that I have no items but where else can I make them pop up? Is there some other setting that would block items from showing up on the website?

Hi @cafemicasita

I have read that there may be a temporary problem with the item library relating syncing and updating. The Square engineers will be looking at this, they are usually pretty quick at addressing these kind of issues. Hang in there.

this seems to be an ongoing issue or bug...

I'm having an issue adding featured items - they aren't showing up either.

Hi, everyone 👋

I do know there was an issue last week (or perhaps the week before) but as far as I know, everything was cleared up. I'm checking in with the teams to see if there's any residual bugs that have popped up recently.

Can everyone please let me know the URL of your website, and some example items that are not showing up on the live site?
