No Show Protection.

While it did reduce the amount of bookings I received bc it required people to upload their cc information, it brought my no show rate down to 0!

We changed our cancellation and no show policies. We used to charge a fee for no shows or late cancels. Now we ask for pre-payment. 100% of pre-payment clients show.

We set growth goals for our team members and specific targets around rebooking clients. Generated immediate upside and more predictability of future sales.
