Why is my Instagram booking not syncing?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Book now on Instagram disappeared!]

I had square appointments connected to my Instagram page. I had a button, and the ability to add a swipe up fro stories. It's gone! Tried to add the button again, and it says I need a new Facebook business manager? But, it works fine on Facebook!

Already did that, no response. Really wishing I didn’t switch from Vagaro.

@EVstylist,

Did you reach out via email, or via phone? Normally, email responses take 24-48 hours for a response, and our phone wait times can vary during the week.

Also, have you tried reaching out to Facebook/Instagram support yet? When working with integrations, it could be an issue with various different sides. Just trying to make sure we cover our bases.

Emailed. It’s clearly a known problem. I’ve seen many other people saying the same.
