Subscription taxes

Is anyone else having problems with adding the tax to their subscription plans? As of yesterday, I was able to add 4.5% tax to the it but today it's changed and now I can't add any decimal points and only charges 4% without the .5... Is anyone else having this trouble or just me? How can I add the correct tax, since the correct amount is crucial. Please and Thank you!

I'd like to take a look at this for you. When you have a moment can you please provide the steps you are taking to create or modify Sales Taxes for your subscriptions?

Hi! It's:

Payments > Subscriptions > Create Subscription > Pick Plan > Add Sales Tax
