As a beauty pro, What is the Number One Thing that would make your business easier to run on a daily basis?

I'm curious because my little niece is opening her own makeup studio in TN (I'm in CA) and she called for advice. While it doesn't feel like I've been doing this forever... I have. So I wonder if I am missing anything to advise her on.

Getting a booking flow together

- where is the booking link (adding a deposit or hold a cc on file is super important to avoid no shows)

- how do they recieve prep instructions & waiver

- whats the experience like? what is important?

- follow up

Then automate it!
